The HAX material page provides workshop resources for Human-Agent Experience design. It includes a HAX design checklist, learning prompts, flashcards, quiz questions, references and a biography.
The materials apply the HAX framework's five foundations: mandate, interpretation, conduct, recourse and accountability. They are intended to help designers consider agent scope, ambiguity, behaviour over time, human intervention and responsibility.
